Why you should back your data before repair?

Feel free, your device is in safe hands, it is always recommended that you back-up your device and reset back to the factory settings before hand for security purposes.

 

Why we need your device password or PIN?

To testing your device cameras, touch ID, microphones, speakers and other functionality please provide your pin or password. Otherwise our technicians will not able to verify your device before repair and after repair.

 

Repair time frame.

Screen, Dock, Flex, Battery etc. replacement: 30 – 60 minutes.
Diagnostic, Water Damage and Level 3 supports: 48 – 72 hours.
Notebooks/PCs issue: 3-6 Hours.

 

Warranty.

On the basis of repair, we are offering One month to life time warranty.

 

Are we authorised service providers?

Most of our parts are OEM and ISO-certified, which Comes with a warranty, But we are not an authorized service center for any manufacturer.
